• Conduct thorough assessments of families and couples to identify underlying issues and dysfunctional patterns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients while applying best practice methodologies in family therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions that engage families in meaningful dialogue, helping them to articulate concerns, understand behavioral impacts, and strengthen communication skills.
• Provide psychoeducation about mental health and relational dynamics to empower clients with knowledge and strategies to effect positive changes.
• Support clients through various life transitions, including grief processing, conflict resolution, and enhancing parent-child relationships.
• Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and adherence to clinical best practices.

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of families, couples, and individuals seeking assistance with relational issues, emotional distress, and behavioral concerns. Our clientele reflects the vibrant community of Nashville, and you will work with families from various cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to fit the unique cultural context of each family will be essential in building trust and promoting effective therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active, state-mandated LMFT licensure.
• Proven expertise in family therapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong foundation in empathetic listening and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team of mental health professionals.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Demonstrable understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic therapy.
• Experience providing teletherapy services and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
