This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing therapists to conduct sessions from the comfort of their homes while utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technology. The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will take on a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting diagnostic evaluations and administering therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing case management and treatment planning.
• Providing crisis intervention and brief therapy tailored to clients' immediate needs.
• Demonstrating clinical competency in various evidence-based treatment modalities for psychotherapy, adhering to best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to optimize treatment outcomes for members, facilitating appropriate levels of care based on clinical assessments.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of therapy sessions, preparing reports for referrals, and engaging with community resources to support client needs.
• Participating in team meetings and continuing education to remain current with developments in mental health treatment and improve the quality of care provided.

The clinician will work primarily with clients experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis conditions. Our client population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities, allowing therapists to engage with a rich variety of perspectives and challenges. Each therapist will tailor their approach to meet the specific therapeutic needs of their clients.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) to practice in Florida.
• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services, preferably in a clinical setting.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be preferred:

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records software.
• Experience working within an integrated healthcare model and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in providing family therapy and working with couples.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
