Unlike traditional private practices, we alleviate the pressures associated with business management by providing comprehensive administrative support, including billing and marketing assistance, alongside an established network for client referrals.

• Engaging directly with clients to collaboratively establish and achieve personalized treatment goals, ensuring tailored approaches to their mental health needs.
• Delivering prevention-focused therapy and interventions, aiming to equip clients with effective coping strategies and skills.
• Developing and regularly reviewing comprehensive treatment plans, adapting them as necessary to reflect clients’ evolving needs.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including additional treatment providers and community placement agencies, to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment progress, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Actively contributing to team meetings and professional development sessions, sharing insights and strategies to enrich our collective culture.

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Our patient-centered approach emphasizes understanding the individual needs of each client, helping them navigate their journey towards healing and self-discovery.

• A valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required, with the ability to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in mental health counseling or related fields, demonstrating your capability to handle complex client needs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
• Empathetic interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong rapport with clients, fostering trust and openness.
• Exemplary leadership qualities that inspire collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working within a community mental health setting, with a diverse client population.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources that can further support client needs.
• Background in implementing innovative therapy methods, contributing to more effective client outcomes.

The salary for this role ranges between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
