• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches that reflect the latest research in mental health care.
• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate integrated care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate and engage clients' families in the therapeutic process, fostering a collaborative approach to recovery.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client progress in accordance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse client population exhibiting various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role is vital in helping clients find their path to recovery, equipping them with coping strategies, and building resilience.

• A valid and current license in Texas as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• Experience or specialized training in mental health counseling to effectively address a range of psychological concerns.
• Demonstrable proficiency in evidence-based practices pertinent to diverse mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to motivate clients and foster therapeutic alliances.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities to enhance collaboration within the treatment team.

• Experience providing teletherapy in a remote setting is a plus, showcasing adaptability to various therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with specialized populations (e.g., LGBTQ+, veterans, or adolescents) and their unique mental health needs.
