Their duties can include creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, analyzing social media performance, and assisting with content strategy. The 'flexible' aspect means they often have control over their working hours and tasks, making it an ideal role for those seeking work-life balance or part-time work. This position typically requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a good understanding of various social media platforms. Many businesses hire remote assistants to help expand their online presence without the need for in-office staff.
