As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist at Finding New Hope Counseling, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to engage with them in a compassionate and effective manner will play a crucial role in their recovery journey.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technology for patient management and communication.

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and an ability to implement them effectively in a virtual setting.
• Familiarity with treatment planning, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration in mental health.
