About the roleΒ Β 

As aΒ MedicationΒ Rebate Analyst,Β you'llΒ play a key role in helpingΒ EvioΒ deliver meaningful financial insights that improve how high-cost medications are managed. Working alongside teammates acrossΒ analytics,Β contracting,Β technology, and our health plan clients,Β you'llΒ analyze complex medical and pharmacy claims data to measure theΒ financial impactΒ of medication rebate contracts.Β 

This is an opportunity toΒ contribute toΒ innovative solutionsΒ to some of the most complex health care challenges,Β while building yourΒ expertiseΒ alongside industry leaders. Your work will directly supportΒ accurateΒ rebate administration, strengthen contract performance, and help drive smarter decisions across our medication rebate programs.Β 

WhatΒ you'llΒ doΒ Β 

In partnershipΒ withΒ EvioΒ clientsΒ andΒ teammates acrossΒ contracting andΒ technology,you will:Β 

  • JoinΒ Evio'sΒ analytics teamΒ toΒ work with both internal and external stakeholders to evaluate financialΒ performanceΒ across a full medicalΒ medicationΒ rebate portfolioΒ 
  • Analyze medical rebate claims data usingΒ Evio'sΒ proprietary,Β cutting-edgeΒ rebateΒ administration platform to investigateΒ invoicingΒ variances,Β andΒ ensure reporting accuracyΒ forΒ more thanΒ $500Β millionΒ inΒ annualΒ rebatesΒ Β 
  • Develop, prepare, maintain, and enhance analytics that provide insights into financial performance of medication rebate contractsΒ 
  • Support development of new analytics and technology that strengthen Evio's evaluation of medical medication rebate programsΒ 
  • Identify opportunities to improve process and efficiency, and recommend innovative, data-driven solutions to Evio leadershipΒ 
  • Facilitate data ingestion and standardization of critical medicalΒ medicationΒ rebate dataΒ extracts received fromΒ Blue Cross Blue Shield healthΒ plansΒ 
  • Work independently and efficiently, at times managing multiple priorities and asksΒ 

Your skills and experienceΒ Β 

  • Bachelor's degreeΒ Β 
  • 5+years of experience as a rebate data analyst at a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), health plan, or similar health care organizationΒ 
  • Experience working with medical medication claims data and rebatesΒ 
  • Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and SQL and/or similar business analytic or data modeling toolsΒ 
  • Experience workingwith large, complex databases and process automationΒ 
  • Familiarity with Medispan or First Databank drug reference systemsΒ Β 
  • Working knowledge of medical coding (HCPCS, CPTs) systems and applying these codes in analytics.Β 
  • Superior problem-solving capabilities with an attention to detailΒ 
  • Demonstrated learning agility and the ability to quickly understand new concepts and technologies Β 
  • Collaborative team-player mentality with a passion for using data to inform decisionsΒ 

Salary Considerations:Β 

Anticipated annual base payrange$95,000 to $115,000 plusadditionalvariable compensation.Β
