Registered Behavior Technician RBT

Job Summary:

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. As an RBT at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address unique client needs and goals

  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, including assessment, data collection, and progress monitoring

  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs and other team members to ensure effective treatment delivery and client outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and billing information

  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and ABA methodologies

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have a current RBT certification and maintain certification through ongoing education and professional development

  • Must have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities

  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members

  • Must be able to lift, bend, and move around the home environment to facilitate therapy sessions
