Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a L3 Engineer Python .Net Core (NC FL GA) to join their team. As a L3 Engineer Python .Net Core (NC FL GA), you will be part of the IT support and infrastructure team supporting technical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Charlotte, NC; Jacksonville, FL; Kennesaw, GA

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications following industry best practices.
  • Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop preventive solutions.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in technical support or engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and .NET Core development, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
  • Advanced understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
