As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Top Penguin ABA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based autism therapy to children in our care. Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized support to help each child reach their fullest potential.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will work closely with our skilled team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to implement individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering ABA therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill-building and behavior reduction
Collecting and organizing data on client progress, collaborating with BCBAs to analyze results and inform treatment decisions
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including session notes, data collection, and treatment plans
Participating in team meetings to discuss client progress, share ideas, and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
