As an integral part of our team at Intellistars ABA, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Calhoun, GA location. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and are looking for a rewarding and flexible part-time opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

Job Summary:

Intellistars ABA is committed to providing ABA care that lives where the child does. As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with ASD in their homes. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $30 and a supportive team environment that values collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in their natural environments, including their homes

  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address individual goals and objectives

  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

  • Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans

  • Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment

  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless transitions and share progress updates

Requirements:
