We are seeking an experienced RF Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers responsible for developing advanced RF and microwave interconnect products. This is an opportunity to influence technology strategy, guide the development of breakthrough solutions, and build a high-performing engineering organization focused on solving complex challenges at frequencies exceeding 100 GHz.

If you are passionate about RF design, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation from concept through commercialization, we invite you to join our team.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Lead the development of cutting-edge RF and microwave interconnect technologies.
  • Influence product and technology roadmaps that drive future business growth.
  • Work with highly skilled multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and marketing.
  • Solve challenging signal integrity and electromagnetic performance problems.
  • Build and develop a world-class RF engineering team.
  • Make a visible impact on products used in some of the world's most demanding applications.

What You'll Do

Technical Leadership

  • Guide the architecture, design, and development of advanced RF and microwave interconnect products.
  • Lead technical reviews and provide strategic direction on complex design challenges.
  • Drive innovation in high-frequency interconnect technologies and identify opportunities for next-generation product development.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and sponsor development efforts to close technology gaps.

Product Development & Execution

  • Review and prioritize new product opportunities with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee multiple development programs from concept through production launch.
  • Ensure projects meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, schedule, and cost objectives.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project Management teams.

Business Impact

  • Establish meaningful engineering metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide technical insight to support strategic planning and product investment decisions.
  • Ensure engineering resources are aligned with organizational priorities and customer needs.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of RF/Microwave design experience directed at coaxial connectors or coaxial components.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing engineering teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise troubleshooting and optimizing mmWave interconnect products operating above 40 GHz.
  • Deep understanding of S-parameters, TDR measurements, signal integrity, and RF performance analysis.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude including GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and tolerance analysis.
  • Ability to effectively balance technical leadership with project execution.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electromagnetic simulation and modeling tools.
  • Expertise operating and interpreting vector network analyzer measurements.
  • Knowledge of precision machining processes and process capability methodologies.
  • Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary product development programs.
  • Strong background in high-frequency connector, cable, or interconnect design.
