Position Description:
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports room attendants and housekeeping team members, inspects rooms and public areas, coordinates room readiness, and helps maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assign rooms, boards, tasks, and special projects to housekeeping team members.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and service areas for cleanliness and readiness.
  • Coordinate room status, priorities, guest requests, and operational needs with the front desk and maintenance.
  • Train, coach, and support housekeeping employees on standards, safety, productivity, and guest service.
  • Respond professionally to guest concerns and housekeeping service requests.
  • Monitor supplies, linen, carts, closets, and equipment condition.
  • Support attendance tracking, shift communication, reports, and daily department organization.
  • Promote safety, teamwork, professionalism, and consistent service standards.

Requirements
