Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision & Care: Ensure the safety and well-being of children throughout the camp day, assisting with daily routines such as bathrooming, meals, and nap times.
  • Activity Leadership: Plan and lead both indoor and outdoor activities that are designed to be fun, educational, and age-appropriate for preschool children.
  • Program Implementation: Help execute the daily schedule and keep children engaged, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow counselors to create an organized, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere for campers and staff alike.
  • Camp Operations: Assist in preparing and organizing materials, supervising arrivals and departures, and ensuring smooth camp logistics.
  • Training: Participate in required pre-camp training (paid), ensuring you are well-prepared for the program.

Why Join Us?
  • Make a Positive Impact: Play an integral role in creating a memorable summer experience for young children.
  • Inclusive & Immersive Environment: Work in a trilingual, diverse setting where every day presents new opportunities for growth and learning.
  • Collaborative Team: Join a supportive team where your contributions are valued and teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.
  • Competitive Pay: Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $20 for your hard work and dedication.
