Amazing Downtown Summer Camp is seeking fun, dynamic, and mission-driven individuals to join our team. If you are passionate about working with children in a fun, high energy environment, this is the place for you. Working at camp isn't just a summer job; it's an opportunity to develop transferable skills that top-tier recruiters in every industry look for: adaptive leadership, emotional intelligence, collaborative problem-solving, and high-pressure decision-making.

  • Lead Your Group: Supervise a group of 12-18 campers, creating a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate: Partner with 1-2 co-counselors to manage group logistics and responsibilities.
  • Engage & Execute: Dive into all camp activities and support activity specialists in leading their activities.
  • Dive In: Assist with instructional swim by getting in the pool and supporting camper progress.
  • Bring the Energy: Maintain a high-energy, fun atmosphere every single day.
