*This is a full-time position dedicated to the Scottsdale and Fountain Hills service area.

*Annual salary range $80000 - $90000 per year (depending on experience), plus travel expenses.

As a Home Health RN, you'll be the heart of patient care, bringing clinical expertise and compassion directly into the home. You will:

  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
  • Create personalized care plans that truly make an impact
  • Coordinate care as a trusted Case Manager
  • Educate and empower patients and caregivers with confidence

Requirements

  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Arizona
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in Home Health, Emergency, ICU, or MedSurg
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
  • Ability to work independently and make a real differenceV
