Position Summary:
The Floater Employee provides flexible coverage across multiple accounts within a designated area, stepping in to fill shifts due to call-offs, absences, or unassigned work. This position involves traveling between locations each night to ensure smooth operations and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities based on the specific needs of each account.
Qualifications:
  • Previous janitorial experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM). Position can be Part-Time or Full-Time.
  • Must be able to travel between multiple accounts during a shift.
