We have Full-Time, Part-Time and Weekend DSP positions available.

Looking for caring individuals that are DSPs-Direct Support Professionals to work statewide to support adults with develepmenta disabilities. The ideal job candidate will be highly dependable and have a passion for helping those with physical and/or cognitive disabilities live a more fulfilled and rewarding life. We are truly an environment that makes you feel like family and receive a higher rate of pay.

Direct Support Professional Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Give while helping and support individuals learn skills to live the lives they choose.
  • Involve them in the community and help them feel part of society.
  • Help individual and support positive relationships with people in their community.
  • Create positive moments within their environment.
  • Give back with positive attitude toward work and others.
  • Protect the safety of the people you support by providing the level of supervision described in the person’s service plan
