Job description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide general administrative and operational support while handling basic bookkeeping activities. 


We are looking for a highly responsible, reliable, organized, and flexible individual who can support a variety of business needs in our growing organization.

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to all departments, including operations, sales, accounting 

- Assist with general office administration, document control, filing, recordkeeping, and office supply management.
 - Support purchasing activities, vendor communication, quotations, and routine procurement coordination.
 - Assist with shipping, receiving, package pickup, courier arrangements, and other logistics-related administrative tasks as needed.
 - Provide administrative support for employee records, company forms, internal documentation, and routine HR-related coordination.
 - Communicate with vendors, customers, service providers
 -Maintain accurate records and follow up on assigned tasks until completion.
 - Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management based on business needs.
-Strong emphasis on reliability, responsibility, attendance, attention to detail, follow-through, and willingness to support different areas of the business when necessary. 

- Basic bookkeeping experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are preferred.


Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is also beneficial.


Perform basic bookkeeping activities, including invoice entry, AP/AR record support, expense and receipt organization, and preparation of accounting documents for the external CPA firm.


Position is Monday to Friday, in office, 8am to 5pm
