Modernizing legacy servicing platforms to.NET Core and AWS to improve scalability, performance, and reliability. A lot of internal applications. Super heavy backend - head down Needs hands-on senior engineers who can ship production-grade code end-to-end, handle user-reported issues, and own smaller projects independently to keep modernization timelines moving.

What They're Truly Looking For (Beyond Listed Skills)

Ownership + Delivery: Someone who can take a problem from definition to production and support with minimal oversight. Practical cloud fluency: Not just AWS buzzwords—real experience deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting in AWS.
