  • Company Christmas Party, Free Lunch, Two Hundred Dollar Merchandise Allowance, & Much More
Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, and maintain full-stack features from user interface through API, service, database, and deployment.
  • Build frontend experiences that are reliable, usable, maintainable, and aligned with approved designs and product workflows.
  • Develop and support backend services, APIs, database-backed features, and business workflow automation.
  • Build and support integrations with internal systems, third‑party services, document/report generation tools, messaging systems, and authentication providers.
  • Use AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve engineering quality, explore implementation options, and strengthen technical decision‑making.
  • Use AI to improve tests, identify edge cases, analyze failures, and strengthen regression coverage.
  • Use AI‑assisted review techniques to pre‑check changes for bugs, missing tests, readability issues, and regression risk before opening or reviewing pull requests.
  • Diagnose production issues using logs, monitoring tools, database evidence, API behavior, frontend behavior, and user‑reported workflows.
  • Ship focused fixes and hotfixes while preserving system stability, data integrity, user experience, and existing contracts.
  • Collaborate with QA, Design, Technology Business Partners, product stakeholders, and engineers across scrum teams.
  • Review pull requests and provide practical peer feedback on correctness, maintainability, testing, usability, and clarity.
  • Improve reliability, performance, test coverage, CI/CD workflows, and developer experience.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, troubleshooting notes, and handoff material.
  • Balance planned delivery with production support, release validation, and defect resolution.
