Position Summary
The Full-Time Agribusiness Faculty position provides instruction in degree-specific courses within the A.S. in Agribusiness Management program. The faculty member will deliver instruction through multiple modalities, including in-person, asynchronous online, and synchronous online formats, with in-person laboratory courses taught at the Palatka Campus.

Duties and Responsibilities
Courses to Be Taught
• Degree-specific courses within the A.S. in Agribusiness Management program.
Instruction
• Teach Agribusiness Management courses in accordance with program requirements.
• Provide instruction through multiple modalities, including in-person, asynchronous online, and synchronous online formats.
• Teach in-person laboratory courses at the Palatka Campus.
Student and Program Support
• Support student learning and achievement within the A.S. in Agribusiness Management program.
• Perform faculty responsibilities associated with assigned Agribusiness Management courses and program activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Master's degree in a related discipline; or a master's degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in a combination of the following qualifying fields: Agriculture, Agricultural Education & Communication, Agricultural Technology, Agronomy, Botany, Horticulture, Landscape Management, or Plant Science.
• Experience in the field preferred.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Must be willing to teach through multiple modalities, including in-person, asynchronous online, and synchronous online formats as needed.
• Must successfully complete a background check, employment/reference verification, and drug screening.

• Knowledge of agribusiness and related agricultural disciplines.
• Ability to effectively teach and communicate course content to students.
• Ability to provide instruction through in-person, asynchronous online, and synchronous online modalities.
• Ability to effectively conduct in-person laboratory instruction.
