Position Overview

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing general administrative and operational support to Oates Energy's internal teams. This role helps keep daily business activities organized by assisting with records, communications, scheduling, data entry, documents, and routine administrative requests.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple administrative responsibilities in a remote environment. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams and management
  • Respond to routine inquiries by phone, email, and other approved communication channels
  • Enter and update information accurately in company systems and databases
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and business documents
  • Prepare, format, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, correspondence, and other documents
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal activities
