The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or illnesses, establishing baseline measurements for treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing each patient’s specific needs and therapeutic goals, utilizing methods such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Implement hands-on therapy and exercise regimens, adapting techniques based on patient progress and feedback.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, reevaluating treatment plans and setting new goals as patients improve.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families about rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercises, ensuring they are comfortable and informed about the recovery process.
• Fit and recommend assistive devices, such as braces or walkers, to enhance patients' mobility and self-care capabilities.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, attend educational workshops, and engage with professional societies to maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical record systems.
• A flexible mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

While prior work experience in an orthopedic setting is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
