Job Summary:
Fleet Data Centers designs, builds and operates mega-scale data center campuses. The Global Security Policy Architect owns Fleetโ€™s unified global security policy framework spanning physical, cyber, OT, and personnel security, ensuring that policies are enforceable, measurable, and aligned with various obligations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข The Architect develops and maintains a unified global security policy framework covering physical security, cybersecurity, OT security, personnel vetting, supplier security, and crisis governance.
โ€ข The Architect defines minimum security standards that align with regulatory obligations, customer requirements, and contractual commitments. Policies must be auditable and enforceable rather than aspirational.
โ€ข The Architect partners with Legal, Compliance, IT, OT, and Operations teams to ensure policy harmonization across jurisdictions and geographies.
โ€ข The Architect leads periodic policy reviews, maturity assessments, and updates aligned with evolving risk and regulatory landscapes.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise security governance or policy architecture.
โ€ข Deep familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and security standards.
