Position Overview

Flex Well Wellness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Leesburg, Virginia. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional rehabilitation care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with our team to create individualized treatment plans, fostering improved mobility and quality of life for the patients we serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries, implementing comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals and maximizing patient potential.
  • Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, noting response to treatment and making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
  • Assess the need for assistive devices and provide fitting services to enhance patient independence and quality of life.
  • Educate patients and their families on effective self-care strategies and the proper use of mobility aids and therapeutic exercises.
  • Maintain professional development through ongoing education, attending workshops and conferences to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
