Job Summary

We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join Odeko as we launch our Nashville market. In this unique role, you'll start as the primary delivery driver with the opportunity to work alongside the GM to learn the warehouse operations, providing a potential Operations career track as the market grows.

Opportunity to join a new market launch and build the model of success for a fast-growing, national company.

Delivery:

  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to complete final-mile local deliveries
  • Load your own vehicle and ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Represent Odeko professionally with customers at delivery sites
  • Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the GM

Warehouse Operations:

  • Daily pick, pack, and stage local delivery orders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse tools and systems (NetSuite, RF Smart, Shopify, Shipstation)
  • Learn to receive inbound shipments, restock & count inventory, and ensure par level accuracy

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid U.S. state driver's license for at least 4 years
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
  • Comfortable operating box trucks and cargo vans
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 60lb, repeatedly throughout shift
  • Ability to get in and out of delivery vehicle frequently during route shift
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (RF Scanners, DMP, etc.)
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High aptitude to self-manage with autonomy
  • Adept at relationship management and rapport building
