Job Description * * BAE Systems has a program to provide a wide range of support services on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. The Program Manager serves as BAE Systems' primary point of contact for the Government (KO/COR). * Provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for all program management, financial, information management, and administrative support services. * Responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of 15+ employees, managing risk, and ensuring all contractual deliverables (CDRLs) are met. Leads the reprioritization of work efforts to align with changing PMRF requirements. * Be involved in all aspects of the program and team members' work and provide ongoing quality assurance. * Maintain records of activities and work performed, and report them to the government in a Monthly Status Report. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; minimum 10 years of experience in a DoD leadership role (military, civilian, or contractor). Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic/unpredictable environments and effectively problem-solve. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: Leadership experience specifically at a DoD Range or Major Range and Test Facility (MRTFB). Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
