As a member of our fully remote team, you'll have the flexibility to work from your home while utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and designed to support both clinicians and clients, making sessions easy to manage. You won’t have to deal with administrative tasks, as our team provides full tech support to ensure a seamless experience. The role strictly adheres to daytime hours with no expectation for nights, weekends, or on-call shifts, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using CBT principles and techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records utilizing an intuitive Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that allows for efficient documentation.
• Engage in regular peer consultations to enhance clinical skills, share insights, and support a collaborative team culture.
• Continuously seek professional development opportunities by attending Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and incorporating new skills into practice.
• Monitor and assess client progress while adjusting treatment plans as necessary to improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Active and unrestricted Florida license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related behavioral health discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health clinical setting with at least one year of independent licensure experience.
• Proficiency and familiarity with telehealth platforms, enhancing the virtual counseling experience.

• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities or training in CBT or other evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with varying levels of mental health concerns.
