Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a nurturing atmosphere that builds client's self-confidence and self-worth.
  • Take responsibility as the main contact for assigned clients, including program development, assessment, and documentation.
  • Work under the supervision of a mental health professional to deliver and document programing and clinical services.
  • Engage actively with clients to foster positive social interaction.
  • Assist clients with healthcare needs and personal fund management.

What We’re Looking For:

To join our team, you need to meet at least one of the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field with 2,000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services; or
  • Fluency in a non-English language spoken by at least 50% of your clients, with 40 hours of mental health training and weekly clinical supervision until you have 2,000 hours of supervised experience; or
  • At least 4,0000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services; or
  • Currently a graduate student in a behavioral science program with formal clinical training assigned by an accredited institution; or
  • Master’s or other graduate degree in a behavioral science-related field from an accredited college or university.
