Position Overview
This position supports the major accounts and regional sales teams as a High-Volume Production Print Systems product subject matter expert. In this role, the Production Print Sales Executive will cultivate new business with the Sales team, while also managing and expanding revenue within existing customer accounts.
You will analyze high-volume print environments and customize business solutions from a portfolio of Production Hardware, Software, and Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales team in qualifying Production Print opportunities and act as a subject matter expert
  • Participate in business development activity to build and maintain a strong pipeline of targeted accounts
  • Conduct business analysis including site surveys, customer meetings, and financial evaluations
  • Develop customized solutions aligned to customer needs and future growth strategies
  • Create and present compelling business cases to stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Assist Sales with strategic account planning within production print environments
  • Utilize consultative, solutions-based selling skills to drive revenue and exceed targets
  • Educate customers and internal teams on products, solutions, and industry trends

Target Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of proven success in a Sales Executive or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably in technology sales
  • Strong interest in B2B consultative sales and solution selling
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex solutions
  • Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $60,000 – $90,000 per year plus commission plan, with strong earning potential based on performance.

Location Requirement
Candidates must be located in the Fresno, CA area or willing to relocate. This is an on-site role supporting regional clients and sales teams.
