Job description

Maintenance @ RV Park

Pittsburg, Texas, United States

Daily opening and locking of all doors including but not limited to; marina area, pavilion, storage, and gates. Litter pickup daily. Clean/maintain dog stations and dog park(s). Maintain clean sites upon check out, prepare sites for check in, escort new arrivals. Water trees, spray/pull weeds, blow debris, raking gravel. Maintain all outdoor and indoor amenities. Maintain appliances. Maintain and clean outdoor trash cans. Maintain/clean pavilion, outdoor tables, fire pits, and umbrellas. Organize/maintain and clean all grounds and maintenance tools and equipment. Weather preparations for all buildings, RV sites, cabins, etc. Repairs as needed. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and turn into property manager. Handy man skills necessary. Attend monthly staff meeting. Reports to the Property manager. 40 hours per week, some weekends required.
