Role Summary

Are you passionate about helping people discover incredible travel experiences while developing your sales and customer service skills? We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, relationship-driven individuals to join us as Travel Sales Consultants.

In this role, you will work with prospective and existing clients to identify their vacation goals, present travel options that fit their needs, and assist them throughout the decision-making and booking process. Whether clients are interested in luxury resorts, ocean and river cruises, family vacations, destination celebrations, or international adventures, you'll help match them with experiences they'll remember for years to come.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and providing personalized recommendations in a flexible work-from-home environment. No prior travel industry experience is necessary. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, resorts, cruise lines, guided tours, and vacation packages
  • Present travel solutions tailored to individual needs, schedules, and budgets
  • Assist travelers with selecting and securing vacation experiences
  • Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel-related services
  • Provide guidance throughout the booking and travel preparation process
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
  • Partner with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and booking details
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, reservations, and itineraries
  • Stay informed on industry trends, destination updates, and promotional offers
  • Deliver outstanding service while fostering long-term client relationships

Qualifications

  • Interest in sales, customer service, hospitality, travel, tourism, or consulting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust and connect with clients
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with web-based tools
