As an LCSW at Healing Springs Psychiatry Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with clients and couples across various age groups, employing evidence-based practices to address their unique challenges.
• Maintaining exemplary documentation by completing and managing client notes and records in a timely manner, using our comprehensive EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system.
• Collaborating with the billing service to ensure accuracy in claims processing, as well as managing client accounts to enhance the overall client experience.
• Scheduling appointments, ensuring a consistent follow-up with your clients while coordinating ongoing support and care.
• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address a spectrum of mental health concerns, tailoring approaches to meet the specific needs of each individual or couple.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele comprising individuals of all ages who seek support for various mental health issues. The LCSW will work with clients experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. The successful candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
• A valid LCSW license allowing independent practice.

The compensation package for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive salaries, our benefits include:
