US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Design and implement agentic architecture, tools, and features that enable scalable, low-latency data access and analysis to ground Coach responses in users’ longitudinal health, biometric, and fitness data.
  • Write production-grade code and evals to enable secure data retrieval layers and investigative tools.
  • Identify product gaps and suggest feature enhancements that drive user value, while proposing architectural code improvements for long-term scalability and maintainability.
  • Work with Product Managers, UX Designers, and frontend engineers to refine the user experience and resolve cross-functional technical issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers, and conduct design and code reviews to maintain engineering standards within the team.
