E-Commerce Growth Specialist (Amazon + Shopify | Paid Media + SEO)
Rival Nutrition โ€” Fast-Growing Sports Nutrition Brand

Rival Nutrition is a fast-growing sports nutrition and supplement brand dedicated to fueling performance and healthy lifestyles. Weโ€™re on a mission to deliver premium, naturally flavored 7 sweetened, science-backed supplements directly to consumers through our Shopify website and Amazon storefront.

Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on experienced E-Commerce Growth Specialist to help scale our direct-to-consumer business and accelerate revenue across Amazon and Shopify through performance marketing, conversion optimization, and SEO growth initiatives. This position is a 100% on site position.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Help optimize our Shopify store for conversions, customer experience, and growth (UX, CRO, merchandising, landing pages, etc.)
  • Amazon Seller Central operations, including listings, account health, promotions, and storefront optimization
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads (SP/SB/SD), Meta, and Google Ads
  • Improve organic performance through on-page SEO, content strategy, and ranking improvements on Shopify and Amazon
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, LTV, AOV, organic ranking, etc.) and recommend actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, creative testing, and promotional calendars
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities (affiliate/ambassador partnerships, bundles, email/SMS flows, retargeting strategies)

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Shopify + Amazon Seller Central (required), with a proven track record of success. Affiliate marketing experience a plus.
  • Strong background in DTC e-commerce growth, including paid media and funnel optimization
  • Experience running and optimizing Amazon Ads, and ideally Meta + Google Ads
  • Comfortable analyzing data and reporting on KPIs (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Amazon reports)
  • Ability to independently execute โ€” you can own projects without constant oversight
  • Bonus: experience with supplements, nutrition, or consumer packaged goods
  • Bonus: strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and organic rank strategy
