Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and potential social barriers impacting students.
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on current best practices and ongoing assessments.
  • Facilitate engaging and therapeutic individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through remote platforms to accommodate a variety of situations and schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, integrated care for students.
  • Accurately document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in a secure electronic health records system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client focus includes students from various backgrounds and diverse needs. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in clinical practice.
  • Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas, ensuring your qualifications align with regulatory standards.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
