Job description

Overview

Champion Window - Call Center Representative / Confirmation

If you have excellent communication and customer service skills, join the Champion Window team! Champion has an immediate opening for a Call Center Representative.

Responsible for ensuring appointment correctness, monitoring call quality and data input, and piloting special programs. 

First/M-mid shifts ( 9:00 am - 5:30 / 10:00 am - 6:30 )  Pay Rate - $16.25 per hour Second shift positions ( 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm) Pay Rate - $16.75 per hourResponsibilities

* Call quality assurance: listening to recorded incoming calls to verify customer data against appointment data, correcting opportunities when available

* Internal piloting of new programs before executed out to the external call center

* Inbound and outbound phone calls: appointment setting, appointment verifications, and service requests

* Reporting: prepare and publish reporting on weekly training opportunities and program accuracy

* Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

* 1-3 years' experience working in a call center / customer care environment

* Excellent customer service both written and verbal

* Excellent typing and grammar skills

* Process focused - structure and consistency is key

* Great attention to detail and strong project management skills

* The ability to successfully work as part of a team and autonomously

* Ability to manage several different projects simultaneously

* Appointments Plus/CRM knowledge a plus
