Flex Pest Control is a fast-growing, locally owned company serving Central and Northwest Arkansas. Weโ€™re known for our professionalism, attention to detail, and a team culture built around friendly competition and personal accountability.

Weโ€™re looking for self-driven, competitive, and motivated individuals who take pride in their work and donโ€™t need to be micromanaged. If youโ€™re ready to learn, grow, and be part of a high-performing team, Flex is the place for you.

We currently need someone who has experience with termite baiting systems and traditional termite work. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE and MUST LIVE IN Little Rock, Maumelle, Cabot or Jacksonville area!!

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Perform thorough inspections and treatments of residential and commercial properties
  • Use professional pest control equipment and products safely and effectively
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Maintain accurate digital service records
  • Collaborate with teammates to hit performance goals and ensure excellent customer experiences
