Company Description

Flex Pest Control is a locally-owned pest control company serving Northwest Arkansas and Central Arkansas. We started because a few neighbors got tired of pest control companies that treated customers like a number, so we built the company we'd want to hire ourselves: show up on time, do the job right, stand behind the work.

That's grown into 1,700+ five-star reviews, 98% customer retention, and multiple "Best of Northwest Arkansas" wins but the standard hasn't moved. We run on four rules: do what's right, be the wow factor, build people, be sincere.

We're expanding fast across Northwest Arkansas and Central Arkansas, and we're not just hiring technicians but building out the whole team, from field roles (General Pest, Termite, Mosquito, Rodent, and Specialty) to office/customer service, fleet and shop, and leadership. Whatever the role, we look for people who show up, take ownership, and treat customers like neighbors, because that's exactly what they are.

We train motivated people from the ground up, promote from within, and pay for performance, not just a punch clock. If you want a job where the work actually gets noticed, Flex is worth a conversation.

Flex Pest Control is an equal opportunity employer.
