We make many of our products here in our Two Rivers plant using injection molding, metal stamping and rotational molding equipment. The Flex Setup/Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, troubleshooting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and supporting production needs across both departments. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being a go-to resource on the manufacturing floor.
What You'll Do:
  • Follow all company safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
  • Set up and operate machinery in the Metals and Injection departments.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance on presses and other equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure the correct raw materials are being used for production.
  • Use gauges and other measuring tools to check hole sizes and product specifications.
  • Accurately complete quality control records and production paperwork.
  • Assist with moving materials and finished goods as needed.
  • Support troubleshooting and production needs across both the Metals and Injection departments.
  • Help maintain an efficient workflow within the departments.
  • Provide support and training to other team members as needed.
  • Contribute to strong internal and external customer service.
  • Promote and demonstrate Metal Ware's Core Values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
