Job description

Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, needs a Power Platform & AI Engineer for a full-time role. The Power Platform & AI Engineer will work remotely and be responsible for designing and building automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud flows, and Dataverse.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud Flows), Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing business process automation, low-code solutions, or performing in a comparable role.
  • At least 1 year of experience developing conversational agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing AI-powered productivity tools, including enterprise assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, with the ability to evaluate and verify AI-generated content when necessary.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with agentic coding tools, including Claude Code or OpenAI Codex, to enhance automation, workflow development, and coding efficiency.
  • Ability to work PST hours.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.

Desired Skills:
  • Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) certification or other relevant certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and developing agent-based or LLM-powered workflows.
