Job description

Work Flexibility: Remote

*While this is a remote role, the preferred candidate will reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to support business needs.

Join Stryker's Flex Financial team as a Finance Specialist, serving as the primary contact for equipment financing opportunities. In this role, you will support a Regional Finance Manager, manage financing transactions from proposal through contract completion, and collaborate with sales teams across multiple business units. This position combines financial analysis, transaction management, and cross-functional partnership to support regional business objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop pricing and financing structures for complex customer proposals across more than 15 financing program offerings.
  • Manage financing opportunities and progress deals from origination through completion.
  • Create and deliver approximately 130 customer financing proposals per month using Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Review, process, and maintain documentation for approximately 30 completed financing transactions per month.
  • Partner with a Regional Finance Manager to execute regional business plans and support territory objectives.
  • Coordinate transaction data, documentation, and approvals across sales representatives, finance leaders, and internal operations teams.
  • Educate sales teams on equipment financing and leasing options through training, consultation, and ongoing deal support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales representatives and business partners across all Stryker business units within an assigned region.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales and commercial teams.
  • Experience working with customer proposals, contracts, financial transactions, or related business processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or a comparable customer relationship management platform.
