RN Mid-Shift Flex Position

The RN Mid-Shift Flex Position is designed to provide critical nursing care during the mid-shift hours, ensuring seamless patient care continuity within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires adaptability to varying patient needs and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Flex hours (11-1 or 1-1) The nurse will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, promoting optimal health outcomes. Flexibility in scheduling allows the nurse to support different units as needed, enhancing overall operational effectiveness. Ultimately, this position plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction during the mid-shift period.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
