About the Team

At Workday, our People Business Partner (PBP) team advises and leads our most senior level organizations, enabling SVP+ leaders to operate at scale and amplify our values-driven, employee-first culture. You will join a global team of talented People Business Partners supporting our P&T functions, and you will lead the talent strategy

About the Role

We are looking for a Principal People Business Partner comfortable operating in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment. This individual needs to be collaborative, partnering closely with global PBPs and will support B&T, Cyber Security & Trust

Ultimately, we're looking for a high-performing individual who has a bias for action and can operate with speed, balancing both strategic planning and execution of talent programs.

In this role, success looks like:

1. Winning the trust of, and being an advisor to, the leadership team.

2. Being a strong team player and collaborator among your PBP peers and CoEs.

3. Moving fast to accelerate execution of talent programs (compensation, talent assessment, etc.) and special projects (org effectiveness, transformation, etc.)

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $172,800 USD - $259,200 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $145,900 USD - $259,200 USD
