Rental Sales Agent

$18/hr + Uncapped Monthly Incentive Bonus + •$1,000 Hiring Bonus•

Are you an experienced sales professional or customer service expert ready to take your earning potential to the next level? Bob's Rentals, operating as AVIS Rent a Car, is actively hiring for a Rental Sales Agent with strong communication skills, a goal-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

This is a high-energy, performance-based role with uncapped commission and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced airport location.

What We Offer

  • Starting Pay: $18.00/hr during 90-day training, then $16.00/hr. (Yearly Salary Range - $35,000.00 - $70,000.00)
  • Pay differential for any hours worked Monday- Friday from 6:00PM to close as and for all weekend shifts.
  • Incentive Bonus: The more you sell, the more you earn - no cap!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Use strong interpersonal skills to welcome customers and build rapport.
  • Promote add-ons, upgrades, and protection products to maximize value and revenue.
  • Quickly assess customer needs and tailor solutions that enhance their rental experience.
  • Manage check-ins, returns, exchanges, and conflict resolution with professionalism.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accountability in a fast-moving environment.
  • Thrive on hitting targets, closing sales, and exceeding customer expectations. We love competition around here and often have sales contests!

We're Looking for Candidates Who:

  • Have 1+ years of experience in retail sales, commission-based roles, call centers, hospitality, or customer support (Preferred)
  • Are motivated by results, bonuses, and performance-based pay.
  • Are proactive problem-solvers who love working with people.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy.
  • Are reliable, organized, and committed to providing top-tier service.
