Job description

Title: Fleet Telematics Analyst Location: Hybrid, Tulsa, Oklahoma Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.

Position Overview and Assignment Details

  • The role is a temporary, hybrid position in Tulsa, OK, supporting fleet telematics operations from September to December 2026.
  • It offers experience in fleet safety technology, data analytics, and enterprise fleet management.
  • High performers may be considered for full-time roles in 2027 based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Support daily telematics system administration, troubleshooting, and system health monitoring.
  • Generate reports, analyze data, and develop dashboards to track fleet metrics.
  • Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and support telematics-related requests.
  • Coordinate device shipments, manage inventory, and facilitate device installations and replacements.
  • Retrieve data for incident investigations and maintain accurate telematics records.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and analyze data effectively.

Preferred Experience and Competencies

  • Experience with GPS telematics or fleet management systems like Verizon Connect.
