The Warehouse Coordinator will assist with day-to-day operation of the Fleet and Tools & Equipment department.ย  You will assist in the planning, organizing, receiving, storage, and distribution of all items coming in or leaving the warehouse for job use.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tools & Fleet Operations: Assist with the daily activities of the warehouse, overseeing tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing tools, equipment, and the fleet. Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of necessary tools, equipment and supplies. Oversee the management of vehicle tracking software and promote the safe and proper utilization of company equipment. Work with PM team and Field team to manage and maintain the Tool and Fleets department. Pick-up and deliver items to and from jobsites as needed. Operate a forklift to load, unload, and organize material and inventory in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels as directed by the Area Superintendent and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy. Implement effective inventory control strategies to minimize discrepancies and stockouts. Manage and maintain an efficient warehouse flow, inventory management and tracking of departments. Establish, manage, maintain, and enforce uniform procedures and standards for tools, fleet, maintenance, inventory and ordering of tools, materials and miscellaneous supplies to keep the shop and jobsite running smoothly.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process improvements to department efficiency and potential cost-saving and inventory streamlining opportunities. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of received products.ย

  • Proven experience in warehouse management systems and technology applications
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organization's logistics management systems.
  • Knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment, preferred.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in warehouse or logistics, preferred.

What You'll Get

Working Conditions:

The majority of the time you will work in a typical warehouse environment.ย  Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space.ย  You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.

Salary:ย  $32,275 - $47,725
