Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking aProgram Coordinator - Fleet to join our Team in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities
• Quality of work performance.
• Preparation of work schedules.
• Training of Contractor personnel.
• Updating training documentation in the Qualification Training System (QTS).
• Control and tracking of property including materials, equipment and supplies used for this contract.
• Performance of maintenance in accordance with approved specifications and schedules.
• Compliance with manufacturer maintenance recommendations or accepted industry standards.
• Control and reporting of Conforming and Nonconforming Parts or supplies.
• Adherence to Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) requirements.
• Adherence to security, quality, and standards specified in the contract.
• Preparation of deliverables and all other required reports.
• Control of Documents and Record Retention.
• Vehicle Key Control and Fuel Cards monitoring and management.
• Facility Key Control.
• Adherence to local Facility Security Plans.
• Operational Security (OPSEC).
Requirements
• Clearance: DOE 'L' level access authorization minimum (DOD Secret equivalent)
• Program Coordinators shall have at least five years of experience in their respective areas and will have demonstrated knowledge of the concepts, principles, techniques, and practices of the disciplines in their respective areas.
