Job description

Shearwater Systems LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Facility/Safety Manager to join our Team in Lee's Summit, MO
Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment.
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities.
  • Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.
  • Initiate interventions to solve problems.
  • Oversee cleaning, repair and maintenance of contractor equipment.
  • Initiate an active campaign on safety measures.
  • Evaluate the work quality of staff and other subordinates.
  • Participate in preparing company facilities maintenance budgets.
  • Coordinate/communicate with the upper management on work issues

Position Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Valid U.S, Driver's License
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. required ; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related field considered a strengthPrior experience in a warehouse environment or in security, policy, military, facilities, or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
  • The Facilities/Safety Manager(s) (F/SM) must possess the OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Preparing statistical and analytical reports.
    • Must be able to pass a drug test
    • Must be able to pass a background ck which includes credit, criminal and DMV.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
    • Must be computer literate
