Your role at Vantive
Manages the day-to-day operation of multiple locations, teams, and customer-facing delivery operations across an assigned U.S. region. Scope may include distribution operations, transportation and fleet execution, and third-party logistics partners. Accountable for developing and executing the regional operating plan, sponsoring continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering performance outcomes across service, safety, cost, and quality for U.S. home patient delivery operations.

Your team
  • Lead regional home patient delivery operations across multiple sites and partners, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable service.
  • Own operating performance for the region, including service reliability, safety, quality, cost, and productivity metrics.
  • Develop and execute the regional operating plan covering capacity, labor, routing, and peak-readiness requirements.
  • Provide escalation governance for complex delivery or customer issues by removing barriers and holding teams accountable for resolution.

  • Sponsor and govern continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, service, efficiency, and cost-to-serve.
  • Lead, coach, and develop site leaders and teams, including performance management, staffing, training reinforcement, and engagement.
  • Ensure operational compliance and audit readiness in partnership with Quality, Training, and HR.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Care, Distribution, Planning & Deployment, Transportation, Tech Support, Credit & Collections, and Sales.
  • Provide forecasting and budget inputs for the assigned region, including labor, transportation spend, and operational investments.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in multi-site, customer-facing logistics, distribution, fleet, or delivery operations.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience managing KPIs, cost drivers, and operational performance trends.
  • Proven project leadership and execution, with the ability to sponsor and sustain improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional partners.
  • Working knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS environments.
